Dressing room candid

I've nursed in so many dressing rooms and as my littlest is nearing 3, I thought I'd capture a photo of the peace in our hectic shopping day.

Ollie found his wooden hammer today under the sofa. He went around the house "tap-tapping" things. Then he "tap-tapped" his police car and the roof came off. "Mommy" he says "I'm so sad. I tap-tap police car and broke it".

we went to the park today.... just because we could! So cute and so much fun!

Easter

What a gift to have one last little one to enjoy Easter with. There was egg hunting, flower picking , Easter baskets and more! What a joy.

Easter egg hunting with Ollie

Never was there ever anything more fun than egg hunting with Ollie! He couldn't find them even though Ed basically just dumped all the eggs in a pile in the back yard LOL. Ollie was just so excited!

Grampie and Grampie brought new “John Deer PJs” today. Ollie was so excited that he wanted to go to bed as soon as they left! I had to go do a prenatal in Lynchburg this evening and he refused to take them off. He was still sleepy so I loaded him into his car seat in his PJs and took clothes to change into later. Alas, he refused (kicking and screaming refused) to change clothes at all so for the first time in my 22 yrs of motherhood, I took a child into a restaurant in pajamas! What a cutie!!!

Super Ollie

I'm scrubbing the bathroom floor when Ollie comes in carrying a pillow case. "Mommy, I'm soupr" he says.  What? Soupr?? OH!!! Is that a cape?!?! Ollie: "Yes! Super Ollie!". I tucked it in around his shirt collar and he ran off fist in the air shouting "Super Ollie to the rescue!".

Me talking to myself while driving: "gosh I'm starving".
Sweet voice from the back seat: " meeeee toooo" 😂

Oh poop!

Me: Ollie do you need a diaper? Did you poop?
Ollie: Noooooo, its just alwaysss stinky

Mad

I took Ollie off of his tricycle to go to the store. He was mad. He had no intention of going to the store. He spent a full 10 minutes screaming then decided he'd had enough of us. He literally sat in his car seat for half an hour refusing to talk to us with his hat over his eyes!
